SEN Tuition & Consultancy
I always tell my students that if you are determined to learn then no one can stop you, as anything is possible with a positive attitude and belief in yourself. As a tutor, I prepare and guide students and their families along every step of their learning journey. Please contact me in order to discuss the individual needs of your child and I will endeavour to arrange a time that is suitable to you. Read more about my approach, qualifications, services and fees below.
My Approach
Each child receives an Individual Education Plan which is used to guide them in their learning and all of my students have made excellent progress. Indeed, I find it greatly rewarding to watch my students grow in confidence and ability. I take a holistic approach to tutoring and understand that education is not just about teaching subjects in a mechanical fashion but that other factors may influence the performance of pupils, for example, anxiety or low self-esteem. Taking the latter in mind, I have turned around the most anxious and reluctant students, providing them with a love of learning and an ambition to succeed.
I have a strong commitment to fully developing the strengths and talents of each individual pupil I teach and adopt a caring and thoughtful approach. Most importantly, as professional teacher with over twenty years of experience, my classes are easy to follow and best of all fun!
